Help keep your system up and running, preventing any unplanned downtime or costly repairs with four maintenance appointments per year. Includes clogged drain guarantee and 10% off any additional services above and beyond PM We will inspect all equipment and perform preventative maintenance services including, but not limited to, -Check system refrigerant level and operating pressures -Check system for refrigerant leaks -Check Electrical Components -Clean Condenser and Evaporator coils -Clean primary and secondary condensate drain pans -Add algaecide tablets to condensate drain pan* -Clean and/or replace air filter per manufacturer *Price per unit; discounts available for multiple systems, call for details
